THE RAD VISION

Our vision is to facilitate a biblically healthy atmosphere where hands-on, experiential learning techniques are used to instill godly life principles in today’s young adults.

RAD’s goal is to lead young adults, ages 18-25, to a deeper, stronger, and more mature relationship with Christ. In service of this aim, RAD seeks to build up disciples that are not merely schooled in Christian teaching and knowledge, but who are profoundly intimate with God. In order to lead students towards intimacy with the Father in all aspects of their lives, RAD has designed an all-encompassing discipleship curriculum that will grow up the whole person in Christ.

RAD’s training curriculum helps to develop a Christian philosophy within each individual that moves beyond belief to personal convictions. It is our goal, through hands-on discovery of biblical solutions, that each student will develop decision making skills for life’s challenges.

RAD courses provide intense, real world scenarios of interaction and learning. Each student has a unique opportunity to ‘step’ into his or her development and full potential in every area of life: academically, spiritually, physically and socially. Discipleship training with RAD will prepare a young adult to model Christ-like citizenship and be capable of being a leader of upright character and vision in all areas of life. RAD graduates will be the servant leaders the modern day market place has been lacking. Our goal with each student is to show them relevant ways of presenting Christ to America and equip them to be a dynamic influence in this nation.

“Before RAD, I had ideas about the kind of close relationship I wanted to have with the Lord, but I didn’t know how to close the gap between the way I had always lived, and the way I wanted to live. God used RAD as a bridge to get me closer to His heart and His will for my life.”  —Bobbi Flint, AK

"You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; to be made new in the attitude of your mind; and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness."

Eph. 4:22-24
