Letter to Pastors

Are you a pastor or shepherd of a church or body of believers or of a youth group?  Do you know any young men or women who would be interested in becoming Radical disciples of Jesus Christ?

RAD Ministries desires to equip young men and women—the future generation of leaders—to be ready for anything.  Each person's call is unique; a student may be called to government, to the marketplace, to a church position, or overseas missions.  RAD desires to equip each student for anything God may call him to do.  We do this by hands-on training in many spiritual subjects (i.e. inner healing, the Father heart of God, the Holy Spirit, evangelism, encouragement, community, worship, confrontation management, etc.) and in practical skills (i.e. time management, team building, survival skills, service, etc.).

We are a faith-based ministry so each student will have a living taste of faith and trust in God by having to raise support and by seeing God provide for the ministry daily.  We are dedicated to pushing students to meet God and develop their personal relationship with God and to bring them to a place of total freedom in Christ.  There is nothing more important than our relationship with our Father.  Many people these days do not know who they are or who they are meant to be.  We want to take our students on a trip of discovery to know who they are and who God has made them to be.

Do you already have someone in mind?  (Click on the Student Site to find out details about becoming a student at RAD.) Are you here to find out about RAD because you know someone already signing up to attend?  If that is the case then we encourage you to continue exploring our website and finding out more about RAD Ministries.

Rob Finney says: “During my experiences of working with young adults, I saw too many young people, especially in colleges and universities, that were not making the impact they could during this critical stage of life. They don’t know their personal strengths, weaknesses, or spiritual gifts and, as a result, spend most of their college years and early twenties being influenced BY their culture rather than CHANGING their culture. And with the state that our current society is in, most young people are left desperately crying out for direction and hope. God’s calling on my heart is to raise up young adults who will stand with integrity and impact their generation and the generations to come.”

Grasping the importance of a firm foundation in Christ, the vision of RAD was born.

"RAD has shown me that I have a choice to make a difference for the future. My choice is to be a servant for Jesus Christ." -Josh Combes
