Are you wondering what comes next in your life?
Are you searching for more and don’t know what more looks like?
Are you looking for a group of life long friends to walk on this journey with you?
Are you searching for meaning, and trying to decipher God’s will for your life?
Do you have difficulty discerning your unique abilities and God’s plan for your life?
Do you want some time out to take a GAP year to spend some time listening to the Father for your future?
Does this sound like you or someone you know?
If you are wondering what God has in store for your life, then RAD is the place for you. RAD’s mission is to mentor young adults and to direct them into a radical relationship with Jesus Christ. Come join us in an adventure-packed journey of spiritual growth that will transform your life in Jesus forever.
Have you ever watched the TV show Survivor and imagined yourself on one of those teams, living a life of wonder and adventure without all of the selfish drama? We want to show you what life is like lived the Father’s way. We know that you possess a magnitude of unlocked potential; you have amazing gifts, talents, and skills that you can use to impact the world for Christ. You also have stuff that is holding you back from reaching your fullest potential, and through the Holy Spirit, God wants to heal and set you free from any stinking thinking and fleshly living. During the first course of the three-course year, you will be on a crazy journey of discovering your unique purpose in God’s kingdom. RAD’s initial adventure is full of experiential team-based challenges, relevant studies, and real life opportunities. We spend our time pursuing an adventure-based radically unknown journey of purpose and discovery that will prepare you to stand up for Christ and listen to His voice within any arena.
During course two, we walk into a deeper understanding of how to do ministry in this crazy world while learning through a creative hands on style integrated within a journey of ministry. Can you imagine joining with a team of your peers on an awesome ministry adventure across the nation? It would be like MTV’s Road Rules rewritten with biblical principles. Can you see yourself being a team player and a servant leader in tough, real-life situations wherever God leads? During this second course, you will follow Christ to the streets. This is your chance to practice the discipleship, mentoring, and teaching you have experienced. The small towns and big cities of America become our classroom as we continue to learn how to be Jesus with skin on.
The journey concludes with an intense debriefing of the ministry that allows you a chance to enhance RAD’s curriculum, redesign aspects of the ministry, and pour out your life into the lives of new students. This is also your turn to live out radical discipleship in the real world, as you will work in small-business settings to hone your life skills. This third course takes you full circle from learning and growing to teaching and mentoring. Televison’s Apprentice is boring compared to your opportunity to try your dream job. We will facilitate your trial period of careers to test your gift set in the marketplace. A majority of college sophomores wonder what career they should make their major. Imagine the power and preparation that will come from the RAD experience.
Let RAD peel away the layers of the marvelous creation that you are and help you to know Christ in you in an intimate way. Let RAD take you out of your comfort zone and into the arena of challenge and discovery, so you can burn away selfish desires and focus on a selfless future. Let RAD introduce you to the marketplace with a firm foundation of your purpose within it. RAD promises to take you on a journey of discovery that ends at the beginning of a life lived on purpose.

Radio Interview
With Rob Finney, Katie Gossard, and Yvette Becerra.
The typical Christian is…well, tame. Meek. Good. Civilized. If he/she is disciplined then he/she spends 15 – 30 minutes a day doing personal devotions.
If he/she has been a Christian a really long time, then he/she is involved in some sort of ministry or outreach. This Christian tries to never miss church and is usually involved in some sort of Bible study.
Actually, there are many different types of a “typical Christian.” But the not-so-common ones are those who are radical. What does it mean to be a radical disciple of Jesus Christ? It means sold-out. Unabandoned. Fearless. Bold. Incredibly joyful. Free from bondage – even from negative emotions or circumstances. And, more than anything, intimately involved in a relationship with Jesus.
Are you tired of the same old, same old? Are you unsure of what lies ahead? Do you really know who you are in Jesus and who God created you to be? Do you know what makes you come alive and feel incredibly passionate?
I’d say it’s time to do some soul digging.
